An Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon (OMS) is a specialist of the mouth, teeth and jaw and facial structures. Many people suffer with pain from deformities or trauma in these areas. In most cases, pain is the first sign something is wrong. Yet, the fear of pain often prevents people from seeking the help they need in oral care. Surgical dental problems require specialized care.
Patients who have unique problems with their jaw, teeth, and facial bone structure, should be cared for by an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Dr. Levin is an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon, and specializes in areas such as dental implants, wisdom teeth extractions, orthognathic surgery and TMJ disorders.
